These terms cover the use of this website and the free dispatch audit. Using the site means you accept them.

The audit

The free dispatch audit is a consultation. We review your after-hours call handling and give you a written Emergency Response Gap Report. There is no cost and no obligation, and nothing is installed during the audit.

What this service is, and is not

• Restoration Dispatch Point is a workflow and communications system for restoration companies. It is not a restoration contractor and does not provide restoration services.
• It does not guarantee job outcomes, response times or revenue. Estimates like the homepage calculator are examples produced from your own inputs, not projections.
